4/2006 BODEGAS AURA RUEDA VERDEJO 2004
Call it the anti-California Chardonnay! A great old world type white wine. This wine from Spain noses of apple and tastes of apple, minerals, and is faintly grassy. We enjoyed this one with salmon cooked in butter. (Rating ****)
