2/2007 HESS SELECT CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2004
This was a medium low-priced bottle ($11) that was worth the money. A bit of fruit, a bit of barrel, and a nice spine. We quaffed it with pasta with red sauce and steamed asparagus. (Rating ***1/2)
