ZYR is ditilled five times and filtered nine times. The effects of these efforts are apparent. This rye and wheat vodka is superb. It offers notes of mineral, lemon peel oil, wheat, rye, and a full yet crisp, dry finish. We tend to be stingy with PERFECT ratings, but ZYR earned it.
