Randy Mosher, Tasting Beer

This book pretty much gives the beer novice everything who could possibly need. It has information on brew history, beer chemistry, glassware, suggestions for food pairings, and answers to common questions “e.g., How can I become a beer judge?).

It’s a low-priced paperback book that is colorfully illustrated. The book fits comfortably in the hands, the text is just the right size for the eyes, and the prose is clean and straightforward. Cheers to Randy Mosher for a job well done.
