How long ago did I get this bottle? Was it 15 years ago? Senator, I do not recall.
This was an interesting product—a company in the Netherland bought up seven different types of rums —including a 10-year old form Barbados— and blended them into this lovely tipple.
The label notes that it was blended and bottled by Origine Rum Company, and that it was was imported by Origine Distilleries USA of Novato, California. I found no online listings for either of these companies. Too bad!
If you see a bottle, snatch it up. There may have been only 2,460 cases made by distiller Francis George. (Rating: Very good.)
