One word — woof! This 92 proof blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica is unbelievably flavorful. Pour an ounce in a glass and you can sip dribbles of it for the better part of half an hour. It’s like cognac or armagnac — a bottle should last you an awfully long time. Those used to light, dry, sweet rums will find SEA WYNDE baffling; it shows nuts, molasses, burnt apple, maple, and other notes. Rum afficionados must give this one a try. (Rating ****1/2)
