12/2006 FLYING DOG BREWERY TIRE BITE GOLDEN ALE
This is a rather simple brew– it shows no booming hops or unusual notes. It’s a bit creamy in the mouth, a little bitter, then slightly dry as it closes. A pleasant beer, almost more like a lager than an ale. (Rating ***3/4)
